Web applications

Software for the way your business actually runs.

Customer portals, dashboards, booking systems and SaaS platforms. Scoped carefully, built in stages, and fixed in price before we start.

What we build

The parts most business software needs.

  • Accounts and roles

Secure sign in, teams, permissions, and separate views for customers, staff and admins.

  • Portals and dashboards

Customer portals, admin dashboards and internal tools that replace spreadsheets.

  • Bookings and scheduling

Appointments, quotes, job assignment and availability, with reminders.

  • Payments and reporting

Online payments, invoices, subscriptions and the reports that go with them.

  • Email and notifications

Transactional email, confirmations and alerts, sent reliably.

  • Integrations

Connections to the tools you already use: calendars, CRMs, payment providers and APIs.

How it works

Clear scope, fixed price, no surprises.

  1. 1

    Scoping call

We map what the application must do, who uses it, and what can wait for a later version.

  2. 2

    Fixed quote

A written scope, a timeline and a fixed price. No hourly billing surprises.

  3. 3

    Build and review

You pay 50% to start. When the first build is ready, you review it and pay 30%. The last 20% is due at launch.

  4. 4

    Launch and care

We launch it, hand it over, and can look after it on the App care plan from $499 a month.

Questions

About web applications.

Most start from $7,500. The price depends on the number of user types, screens and integrations, and is fixed in writing before we start.

It depends on scope. We quote a timeline with the price, and you review the first build before it is finished.

You do, once it is paid for. At launch we hand over the code and database to your own accounts, free, or we host and run them for you on the App care plan.

Often, yes. We review it first and tell you honestly whether to extend it or rebuild it.

Tell us what the software needs to do.

A short description is enough to start. We reply with questions and a time for a scoping call.
